Your company hasn’t received any information from the supplier and it impacted significantly on the progress of your company project.

Some ideas for your email:

  • Highlight the importance of the order: Remind the client and the significance of the order for your company project

  • Request an update and solution: Politely ask about the reason for the delay and an estimated new delivery date. Offer potential solutions like expedited shipping if possible.

  • Maintain a professional and respectful tone: Focus on finding a solution together and avoid accusatory language.
